Each screw conveyor flight is formed using a proprietary forming machine designed to delivery reliability and repeatability in each screw flight. A coat of high quality enamel paint is applied to each finished flight for corrosion protection during storage and shipment. Each screw conveyor flight is then QC?d for dimensional accuracy and quality construction.
