Screw Conveyor Drives & Driveshafts

Our screw conveyor drive packages are available in both integrated gearmotor and belt-driven configurations to meet a wide range of application needs. These assemblies are designed specifically for CEMA-standard screw conveyors and come complete with drive units, gear reducers, motors, and appropriately sized driveshafts.

• Integral Drive Packages feature compact, direct-mount gearmotors that eliminate the need for external belts and guards. These units are ideal for tight spaces, offer simplified installation, and reduce maintenance with fewer moving parts.

• Belt-Driven Drive Packages use a shaft-mounted reducer and motor connected by belts and sheaves. This traditional design allows for greater flexibility in speed and motor selection, and is easy to service with readily available components.

Both types are built for reliable, heavy-duty performance and come in various horsepower ratings, output speeds, and shaft sizes to suit a variety of material handling systems.
