Dumpster Leveler

The SCP dumpster leveler is a unique solution to both contain dust and take advantage of the complete storage capacity of any dumpster (Roll-Off). Most waste streams sent to a dumpster are dropped at a single point with a standard screw conveyor or a few points with multiple discharge points. To utilize the complete capacity of the dumpster, often an operator must manually level the pile with either a rake or shovel. This exposes the operator to potential entrapment and respiratory hazards. The SCP dumpster leveler has an integrated leveling screw to automatically level and distribute the waste material, while containing dust and fumes. This innovative design saves labor, while increasing reliability and manufacturing uptime.

The SCP dumpster leveler is built from heavy duty carbon steel utilizing proven components ensuring a reliable and worry-free operation. The cover, built with an integrated leveling screw, is made of heavy duty 3/16” thk steel and designed to be walked on for maintenance and inspection. The leveling screw is made from 7/16” Thk helicoid flighting with heavy duty shafts and bearings. The screw conveyor drive is designed with a 1.4 service factor so it can outlast the life of the equipment. Each SCP Dumpster Leveler comes with inspection covers for the screw and a large site glass to monitor material level. Many options are available to customize the leveler to the exact needs of each plant.
