Bins and Hoppers
SCP designs and manufactures custom hoppers and bins for dependable bulk material storage and controlled discharge. Each unit is engineered to meet specific application requirements, including special inlets, discharge transitions, load-out bins, and feed bins.
All hoppers and bins are modeled in Inventor® 3D software for accuracy and integrated directly with CNC plasma cutting and press brake fabrication. Every unit is 100% designed and manufactured in the U.S.A.
SCP specializes in systems supporting screw conveyors and feeders, ensuring proper sizing, smooth integration, and reliable material flow. Designs promote mass flow to reduce bridging, ratholing, and stagnation. Optional features such as leveling screws, agitators, and breaker bars are available to improve discharge consistency.
Available materials include carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, and other specified alloys. Construction features seamless multi-formed panels, CNC bevel welding, reinforced bracing, and custom covers, hatches, and dust ports built in-house.
Capacities range from 10 to 400 cubic feet, supporting material densities from 10 to 90 lbs per cubic foot.
